Dr. Yolanda Watt is a visionary leader, administrator, entrepreneur, educator, and community advocate dedicated to empowering individuals, strengthening families, and building thriving communities through leadership, education, ministry, and economic development.
Dr. Watt holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Ashworth College and earned a double doctoral degree from Hampton University in Ministry, Leadership, and Spiritual Formation, with a concentration in Spiritual Counseling and Mental Health. Her passion for lifelong learning and leadership development has positioned her as a respected voice in both faith-based and community organizations.
A recognized leader in her community and beyond, Dr. Watt was selected as a recipient of the Minority-Owned Business Award by the International Society of Female Professionals, recognizing her outstanding leadership, entrepreneurship, and commitment to community impact. She is also a proud graduate of the Givens Executive Leadership Institute of Grenada, where she further developed her skills in leadership, strategic planning, and community engagement.
She serves as the Administrator and Personal Assistant to Pastor Alvin D. Brown Sr. and First Lady Sherill Brown at Greater Faith Missionary Baptist Church, where she provides executive leadership, administrative oversight, and strategic support for ministry initiatives. Dr Watt is also the Administrative Assistant/Strategist in the Grenada Baptist District Association Youth & Young Adult department, under the leadership of Moderator Clarence Buchanan, & Executive Director Alvin D. Brown Sr., who is also a Dean in the CLS department of the District.
Dr. Watt is the Founder and Executive Director/Strategist of the Women of Royalty Fellowship, an organization operating under the covering of the Central Mississippi Pastors Fellowship under the leadership of Timothy Daniels, Founder and CEO. Through this fellowship, Dr. Watt is committed to empowering women and young ladies through mentorship, leadership development, networking, entrepreneurship, and community engagement. Under her leadership, the fellowship promotes sisterhood, personal growth, and economic empowerment while creating opportunities for women to thrive.
